Corporate Workshops:
The Intersection of Mindfulness, Neuroscience and Psychology
What I Offer
More and more, companies are looking for ways to provide their teams with stress management, emotional regulation and self-care skills. Mindfulness workshops are an excellent support for your employees both in and out of the workplace and a fantastic way to show that you are committed to corporate culture and work/life balance. At the same time, strengthening the neural networks that improve attention and regulation leads to more skilled and satisfied employees! If there are specific qualities you have identified as opportunities for growth, I can create an experience that will focus on and lead to better performance.
Workshop Examples
Quieting the Noise: A Mindful Approach to Mental Overwhelm
Overwhelm and stress are at an all-time high. And yes, we have a lot on our plates. But our stress is often caused, not by the stressors themselves but by our thoughts about the stressors. With the brain’s built-in negativity bias, we often focus on worst-case scenarios. The good news: we can rewire this. Through mindfulness practices, we’ll notice the constant commentary in our minds and learn to reframe it, shifting toward a more relaxed, present, and positive mindset.
Emotional Regulation And Mindfulness: A Lifeline For Work and Home
Is your stress response impacting your work satisfaction? When your stress levels spike, your nervous system becomes dysregulated. In other words, you move into fight, flight or freeze. When this happens, your work suffers, relationships are negatively impacted, self-judgement increases, happiness levels plunge and you flat-out don’t enjoy your work-day. In this session, you’ll learn emotional regulation tools to find equilibrium and improve work performance and satisfaction.
Mindfulness and Self Care: Finding Calm Amidst the Chaos
Self-care is often seen as a luxury that involves massages and spa days. Sometimes it even gets turned into a mile-long to-do list that includes way too many “self-improvements”. Self-care is not about self-improvement. It’s about paying attention to what you need moment to moment without judgment. In other words, it’s about mindfulness. Let’s flex our mindfulness muscles together and learn how to build states of calm, resilience and self-friendliness.

Then I’ll create a proposal based on our conversation with a description and loose outline for your approval.
You will send the invites and host the online event.
