Hi, I’m Rachel, yoga therapist and mindfulness coach. My work is informed by the intersection of mindfulness, neuroscience and psychology and my teachings integrate best practices for the mind, body and brain. I’ve been in the wellness field for 25 years and currently offer individual yoga therapy, courses on stress management and nervous system regulation, yoga and meditation classes and retreats.
