This workshop is an experiential sneak peak into my series of month-long online courses. Through lecture, guided meditation, asana, and reflection, we explore the confluence of mindfulness, psychology, embodiment and neuroscience. This course is unique in that it teaches you both the how and the why of mindfulness practices giving you clear direction around what practices would be most helpful for YOU.
