Vinyasa Practice

Practice with me in Costa Rica! This class was recorded on retreat and if you listen closely, you will hear the lovely sounds of the ocean, the birds and Honey, the yoga dog.



In this practice, I’ll remind you to notice your present moment experience - to redirect your attention over and over to the sensations that arise in your body.  It is so easy to let the mind wander to past and future events but when we work with the skill of interoception - noticing present moment sensations - we relax the nervous system and build self-agency. We are left with a greater feeling of peace and a deeper connection to our bodies.
