A multi-layered cleanse that moves through the Koshas - the subtle layers of the body.

THIS IS NOT A BUST-YOUR-BUTT 4 WEEK YOGA CHALLENGE.
RATHER, WE'LL WORK METHODICALLY THROUGH EACH SUBTLE LAYER towards the core of your being.
April 4 - May 2, 2018 • Wednesdays, 12-1pm

 
 

The course includes 5 weekly classes at We Are Yoga, an optional 4 to 14 day Ayruvedic cleanse, and a weekly email with audio and video practices, inspirations and reflections to support your daily practice at home. Each week we will focus on one of the 5 Koshas, as we explore

how to work with the physical, energetic, mental, intuitive and spiritual bodies. This is an opportunity to listen deeply, purify, and create daily routines that support a healthier, more integrated approach to the mind, body and spirit.
